Does any Roku device have a DVR or download feature?
I see the use of MicroSD cards but it doesn’t appear to be for dvr or download storage, simply moving the main storage from the device. Is there a Roku product with dvr and download storage capabilities? Please and thank you.

No. Roku's are simply streaming devices. The Ultra and some TV's have USB inputs where you put photos and videos, and they can also play them from a network source like another computer or NAS drive.
