When I try to use Disney plus on my tv with roku stick it give me an error message. "There was an http error in the response. This could mean that malformed headers or an http error code was returned."
Ive spoke to Disney numerous times and we've done every step to work around it to no avail. This is a roku problem but I haven't found a solution anywhere. Please help!
I have had this exact error message, as well as "error code 42" and " no bitrates available". Disney + says every error message is a compatibility issue with Roku. This is extremely frustrating. I can count on one hand the number if times I have been able to watch something on my Roku Ultra within the last 6 months. Other apps work fine. Please fix this Roku.
Exactly which Stick do you have? While Disney says all Sticks are supported, I would not be surprised if they actually don't support the oldest version (3400, 3420, 3500). Disney's support web page doesn't break down Roku model numbers very well. They say the Roku 2 is supported, but in reality there are five different versions of the Roku 2 and they only support two of them.
Dan Roku Stick (3600), Ultra (4640), Ultra (4670), Ultra (4800), Premiere (3920), Insignia 720p Roku TV, Sharp 4K Roku TV, Nvidia Shield, Windows 10 Pro x64 running Serviio and Plex on a wired Gigabit network.
