Did you purchase protection plan?

We purchased 3 yr Protection Plan but we’ve not received anything re that purchase. It’s been 4-6 wks now.

As far as I know, Roku hasn't sold an extended warranty since 2016 - see https://support.roku.com/article/208757118

From whom did you purchase this warranty?  Often these are sold by third parties through the vendor that sold you the device.
