Hi CrystalMudry, I'm looking for same thing (2nd part of your question), I have a FIOS DVR connected to the same wired home network as my Roku Ultra. My DVR is in my family room and my Roku Ultra is in my basement. I want to stream content from the FIOS DVR to the basement Roku. Hopefully someone in this forum can help us out???
