Will my TV Double as a computer monitor If so how do I hook it up

If your computer has an HDMI output port just connect it to the TV's HDMI input port and switch the input/source to that HDMI input.

It doesn't have an HDMI port on the back of the computer or the front

If your computer doesn't have an HDMI output, and your TV doesn't have a VGA input, you would have to use a VGA-HDMI adapter to send the computer video to the TV. Unless the adapter has an audio input to allow connecting the computer audio, you won't have any sound.
