Compatibility with Full HD TVs (no 4K or HDR features)

Hi Support, please let me know if Roku Streaming Stick Plus works with HD only TVs (No 4K or HDR support). I read somewhere that this stick only works with TVs with 4K. Is this true? Please confirm as I am contemplating to buy this stick but have a HD only TV with no 4K or HDR features.

The 4K stick will work with regular 1080p or 720p TV's.. you just select your tv type during setup.

The 4K stick will work with regular 1080p or 720p TV's.. you just select your tv type during setup.
