I got Roku at my house for first time. I had set up my mother's couple years ago and loved this theme. I have tried everything and not getting access to it and DO NOT LIKE the others. Why was this done?

It's there.

Go to Settings > Theme > Screensavers. Highlight the first screensaver you see then start scrolling up (not down) and you should see it.

Actually I didn't have to do anything... After 3 days it just appeared.

I have the Roku Expres 4kplus and it is not up or down anywhere

We have 2 x Roku express sticks. Both have latest updates and as mentioned by other users, the movie magic scene stopped working on both units. Occasionally it won't even appear as a selectable option, then revert to being my "default" screensaver. However all it loads its the "Roku" logo bouncing around a blank screen. Restarting the device or trying to force manual updates hasn't resolved the issue.

Why can't I find it? Bought a new Roku because my remote couldn't work anymore.

Settings > Theme > Theme packs > screensavers. Should be right there. If not, scroll up.

Already looked at the 1000 screensaver. 

I have the screensaver downloaded on my account, but it is not downloading on my new Roku.

Have you tried checking for manual update on your Roku device to see if that resolves the issue you are experiencing?
