Channel in Acct but not on Roku 3050X

I have a Roku 3050X.  I added the channel Broadway on Demand to my acct via Windows 10 computer using Edge.  Several weeks later I tried to access it on my Roku, and it wasn't there.  I tried the System Update and System Restart options, but that didn't bring it in.  I tried to add the channel on the Roku device, but it failed with an error installing channel - maybe because it sees it installed in my acct.  Has anyone else had this problem and fixed it successfully?  Thanks!

That's an old device and no longer supported.  See this thread for a similar issue:
