My email address on my Roku TV screen (settings>system>about>) is an incorrect email address (an old one). The correct email is on my Roku account on my computer. How do I change the incorrect email on my Roku TV? Thanks for any help!
I am having the same issue. Ex set up with his email and I need to change it to mine.
Are you sure you don't have 2 Roku accounts? Can you log in at https://my.roku.com using the email address shown from Settings->System->About?
Actually YES, I just tried it and it seems I somehow have TWO Roku accounts! What do I do now?
