I am having an issue where my Roku logo will appear flashing on my screen maybe 5-7 times and then the screen will go pixely for .5 seconds and the screen goes dark.

I believe that I need to change my screen resolution, but do not know how to do this when the screen is blank. Any guidance on what button sequence to press on remote?

Exactly which Roku model do you have?

I have a roku tv, vizio. My TV displays "unsupported mode" and will not respond allowing me to change it back from 4k to normal. (whatever normal is). I switched it from "auto detect" just to see if it would work and  it didn't but now I can't get it back.

I'm having the same exact issue this just proves that Roku and their products sucks
