I cannot update from 9.2 to 9.3
Ah, OK. You're probably caught in the limbo between beta and public for builds. I remember when I took my TV out of the beta and it was a couple of weeks before everything seemed to settle down. Might take a few more days.
What model Roku? Older, unsupported devices no longer receive updates.

Hard to say. You can go to https://tvupdate.roku.com/index?p=select and see what is available for your set. Remember that TVs has a slightly different OS than the set top boxes, so availability timeframes differ.
