I just got my new roku express. I connected it to the WiFi and then it started a software update. For the past 3 hours it has updated, made me connect to the WiFi, and then started updating again. And of course because I didn’t want to spend $100 on a tv service I can’t speak to a representative. Please help.
The same is happening to me right now. I returned one roku express and got another one thinking that it was just a software issue, but it's still doing the same thing. I have a JVC TV, maybe it's something related to that?
