CHANGE LANGUAGE FROM SPANISH TO ENGLISH IN THE WILDLIFE CHANNELS

MY ROKU EXPRESS BOX WILL ONLY ALLOW SPANISH ON THE WILDLIFE CHANNELS AND SOME OF THE DISNEY MOVIES.. HOW DO YOU GET IT OFF ..  I HAVE A ROKU EXPRESS 

 

I HAVE WENT INTO CAPTIONED PREFERRED LANGUAGE  ENGLISH AND ITS ON ENGLISH, WENT INTO AUDIO PREFERRED LANGUAGE AND ENGLISH IS SELECTED.  I WENT INTO SYSTEM AND THE LANGUAGE IS ENGLISH. 

 

AND ALSO  HOW TO GET THE NARRATOR OFF TOO. 

 

 

PLEASE HELP ME,

Not sure what you mean by "narrator" but try this:
Settings > Accessibility > Audio Guide > Off

Did you ever figure out how to fix the problem with the certain channels playing in Spanish? Have searched high and low for an answer but no one seems to know what I'm talking about AND had the narration problem as well but that seems to have been fixed. If you know anything at all how to fix this please respond my parents are going crazy

If the audio is in a different language then while playing the video press the * button on your remote and see if there's a choice for a different audio track.
