I just thought of another question.
I had a soundbar connected to my 55" TV in the living room. It died. I want to replace it. The soundbar is connected to the HDMI(ARC) port, correct?
So, then the Roku would be connected to another HDMI port on my TV, correct?
I tried connecting my TV to the soundbar thru a Toslink cable. I can't remember if I was successful or not.

A soundbar (including Roku's) could be connected to an HDMI/ARC port, or to a TV's optical output port.
