I have 3 roku ultra boxes and one has recently started to double blink pause and repeat. It then goes solid. It’s frustrating when you get home late want to chill and watch a little tv before bed and you start watching a program and that happens. I need help.

I assume you're using a Wi-Fi connection?  Is it the farthest from your router?  You can try moving it around a little or try a different Wi-Fi channel on your router.  Ultras support 2.4GHz as well as 5GHz, so you have plenty to choose from.  Just make sure it's 1 to 11 for 2.4GHz and below 50 or above 150 for 5GHz (approximately).

In case you're not familiar with router setup, Jim's talking about the wifi channel numbers used by the router.
