Which Roku is best for someone hearing impaired and using hearing aids that are Bluetooth capable? I think I need the Roku Ultra or the Roku Stream bar. The difference is, one is Dolby Audio and the other is Dolby Atmos.
I read on this forum that the remote on the Roku app can be used to send the sound directly to the hearing aids by tapping the headphone button. Any information greatly appreciated.

If you can connect your hearing aids to your phone via Bluetooth, then yes, you can use the remote listening capabilities of the Android or iOS Roku app to do as you wish. I do this occasionally myself with Bluetooth ear buds.
