My Roku bandwidth saver has stopped working while I’m watching HBOMax. It had been working up until 4 days ago. It still works on all my other apps. Now, it lets HBOMax run all night whereas before it would stop at the usual 4 hours. I have a Roku Premiere.

Conform the model number.

What is the OS version?

It’s a Roku Premier 3920X

Os is 9.4.0

That setup should definitely work, although that's not the latest software update. 9.4.6 is the current release.

Confirm the feature is enabled: Settings > Network > Bandwidth saver > On

If it's already set that way, restart the device.

If that doesn't resolve it, manually run a system update: Settings > System > System update

If that doesn't resolve it, turn Bandwidth saver Off, then restart. Then turn it on and restart.
