Apparently, there is no way to talk or chat with an actual Roku customer service rep.
I've had Roku for years and have always loved it. But in the last year or so they've started automatically adding channels I never asked for. I will turn on the Roku and the channel will start adding and I have to click "remove" to stop it. Or it will just be there before I turn it on. I have even had movies from these channels start playing as soon as I turn on the Roku. This isn't user error or a accidental click of a button. It's clearly a marketing ploy. It's annoying and there's no way to opt out. I just wish there was some way to actually talk to the people at Roku instead of this "community."
