My airplay stopped working today. It last worked two days ago. Now my Roku does not appear as an option when I activate airplay on my iPad and iPhone. I have a premiere 3920X and I’ve confirmed that both the Roku and my apple devices are on the same WiFi network.
when I scroll to the Airplay option from the Home Screen I get a Launch Failure error and it instructs me to remove channels due to a lack of space. Doing so does not change anything.
This solution worked for me too. It even seems to have cleared up some minor issues I was having. I wonder if the 9.4 update had some install issues that perpetuated some issues. This is the old Microsoft solution for problems after an OS upgrade and it usually worked there too.
I just should have written down the channels I deleted before trying this. they were infrequently used channels so no big deal but I can’t remember some of them. 🤪
