Aiplay - Roku Not Enough Space

Hi- for me, I can't use the AirPlay function on Roku.  Says not enough memory to install ... how can that be fixed?

Re: Roku Not Enough Space

@pjgrand

Thanks for the post.

How many channels do you currently have on your Roku device? Have you tried removing any unused channels, restarting the device, then checking to see if you are still experiencing the same issue?

Please keep us posted what you find out.

Thanks,
Danny

Re: Roku Not Enough Space

Thanks. I currently have 5 channels....  I removed 2 unused but still now have a low number.  When you say restart do you mean reset or unplug and plug back in?

Re: Roku Not Enough Space

You probably just need to clear your cache of temporarily stored info.  Easiest way to do this is to restart your ROKU via Settings..System..Restart system.

Re: Roku Not Enough Space

Thank you.  I tried that but it didn't work.  Then immediately I did a full factory reset and that worked.  Issue resolved but seems like that shouldn't have needed to happen
