My Streaming Stick+ was working fine until the 9.3 update was installed. After unplugging the Stick and taking the batteries out of the remote, and re-inserting them, the screen is still stuck on "Pair your remote". I pressed the pairing button and the green light is blinking, but nothing works. Help! Thanks!

This issue is resolved. A new streaming stick fixed the problem.
