Thanks for the inquiry.

You can perform a manual update check by going to Settings > System > System update. For more information about how to manually check for an update, visit our Support page here: How do I update the software on my Roku® streaming device?

If you are having issues with the Disney+ channel, we would recommend trying to remove the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more. Does this clear up the issue you are seeing?

As a last troubleshooting step, you may also need to try performing a factory reset on your Roku device from Settings>System>Advanced system settings>Factory reset. This will clear all data, streaming channels, login information from the device and allow you to set it up again freshly. In some cases, this can also help resolve these types of issues.

If that still isn't resolving the issue, and other streaming channels on your device are working correctly, you may need to contact Disney+ support for more help with the specific error message you are seeing. You can get in touch with them directly here: https://help.disneyplus.com/csp
