4k Samsung UN65JU6500 which stick?

Jump to solution

While this TV is smart it doesn't have good apps like apple tv since it is from 2015.

What stick do I buy?  Model 3920R or 3810R or different?

Just looking for stick.

Thanks.

Yes, besides one not being a stick, and neither model being a current model, (at least in the US) one has dual band Wi-Fi and the other is 2.4GHz only, one has an IR remote and the other Wi-Fi.  You might as well add the Express 4K and 4K+ into your buying decisions.  Maybe even an Ultra.

The 3920 Premiere isn't a stick.  Sticks plug directly into the HDMI input on the TV without the need for an HDMI cable.  I didn't think the 3920 was available anymore, but I would avoid it like the plague.  Any Roku device will work with your TV.  I'd suggest one with "4k" in the name since you have a 4k TV.
