Roku does not support Flash so it cannot work.

Flash media live encoder is used in conjunction with an HLS streaming server such as Wowza or Darwin. Typically you would publish your live stream to your Wowza server using RTMP and stream from your wowza using HLS (also known, in the Wowza universe as "cupertino" streaming).
