In the documentation, it does say, "roAppManager - User interface component, cannot be used in a Scene Graph application". However, I've been using it in one of my Scene Graph Tasks to call UpdateLastKeyPressTime(), and it seems to work without any issues. roAppManager contains several methods that have nothing to do with the "user interface", so it may just be a documentation error.
