Question, When I query the applications, I see that the reported Version is not the same as the version I put on the package when I uploaded to a private channel. How do I make the version reported in the query match the desired version? The version query string, reported in the query/apps response, is "0.0.0".

The version displayed in the query is based on the version information you put in your manifest file. If it's reporting 0.0.0, then it sounds like you didn't update that information.
