Please Help!!! Some videos in my app won't load / play.

I've added new episodes to my channel/app and while the old episodes play, the new episodes which have all been ingested successfully, will not load. When trying to play them, you see them buffering and then just return to menu that says "play."

At first, I was told this was due to having two different channels (1 for each season). After consolidating the channels into one, the episodes played for a day, and then they went back to not working/loading. ROKU tech support says it's Vimeo's feed issues, Vimeo Says it's ROKU issues.

Can someone please help with some advice???
