Roku Developer Program

Hi,
I've examined the Roku sdk's and I don't see what I need.

1.) I'm wondering if there is a Template/demo channel that is either Horz/Grid style that has a Continuous Play (aka Autoplay) that simulates a live-play experience for RSS feeds and /or individual Streams.

2.) I'm also looking for a Template/demo channel that features a button. This would sort of work like an upgrade channel button.
I've looked at the GetPurchases.xml and/or GetCatalog.xml. I'm not sure this is what I need -- you can probably tell that I'm no coding genius.
I only need a button that allow folks to opt to watch one of my other channels, and if that channel requires a subscription, then it gives the user the option to purchase from Roku.
