Actually, the 4640 is called Roku Ultra according to violetbug (got one). The only surprising thing is that there isn't a completely different box, that's also called Roku Ultra.

We had an issue with our Roku Streaming 4k stick where our Insignia tv screen would go blank when we clicked on a video to play. The audio played fine but no video would play. When we used our Firestick on the same tv, videos played fine. To fix the issue we went into the Roku Settings - scrolled up to Systems then scrolled down to Power then clicked on Power Reset. After the Roku restarted videos played just fine.
