Do Updates To Public Channels Require Approval?

Hello, we've been going through the pre-publication checklist, and one question that remains unanswered is, do any or all updates to a public channel require approval by Roku staff the same as if the channel were newly published?

All updates require approval, but the approval process is generally much faster.
