Device model documentation updated

For those who haven't seen it yet, the device information page https://sdkdocs.roku.com/display/sdkdoc/The+Roku+Channel+Developer+Program#TheRokuChannelDeveloperPr... has been updated with latest models and is very helpful.

The one thing that I do not see shown in these tables which may be helpful is the amount of RAM accessible.  For instance, Roku 3 and Roku TV both have 512MB RAM, but the 'free' command gives me 379304 for total on Roku 3 whereas the TV gives me 263540.

I don't think the amount of available RAM can be stated - it changes between firmware releases, depending on tmp:/ usage etc etc
