Debugging Video Screen Buffering

Is there anyway to see exactly what requests the roku is making during the video screen buffering? I am having trouble debugging the reason why our HLS streams are taking so long to buffer. Sometimes the buffer bar will stop for about 3 seconds then continue on, but other times it will work perfectly. The NASA stream is my baseline and always seems to play really well. Rebooting the Roku also seems to effect the buffer times. If I reboot the roku all of the streams play almost immediately.

I tried turning on debugging and download the log, but that file is a bit difficult to parse through.

Check out roSystemLog. You can get roSystemLogEvents when the playlist and each segment are requested.
