Channel does not show all In-App products


I created 2 subscription based in-app channel products, one is monthly for $7.99 (price tier 8-)  and another  yearly for $70.99 (price tier 71). The products are created for multi-region (US, CAD, UK, ROW). All other parameters are same except name and identifier.  The channel catalog is displaying only monthly subscription, why is it missing yearly subscription. 
I am getting m.billing.catalog.getChildCount() as returning 1, only the monthly subscription code. Can some one help me if I did something wrong or missed anything?
