Channel Health Analytics filter by device type

Jump to solution

Hi,
I would like to narrow down my searches to specific device type per https://developer.roku.com/docs/features/analytics/channel-health.md

  • Device Type - analyzes data for specific types of devices - Players, Roku TVs, Roku Powered devices - or any combination of the three. More than one Device Type is allowed.

I tried to use "contains" and "is" like "contains 3930X" but nothing is found. I think I miss something here. Please advise.

It appears "Device type" can't filter on a model number:

"Device Type - analyzes data for specific types of devices - Players, Roku TVs, Roku Powered devices - or any combination of the three. More than one Device Type is allowed."

https://developer.roku.com/docs/features/analytics/channel-health.md

"is Players" gave me some useful information as it filtered out the myriad of TVs, so you might want to give that a try.

How about something simple like "starts with 39"?
