AFAIK, yes.
Paypal won't collect fees from you though, if that's your concern (
it was for me).
That's for purchases/subscriptions.
For ads the payment is completely different - ACH/bank transfer.
The tax reporting is also different - 1099-K (if >$20k) for the former and 1099-misc for the latter.
