I have created a Brightauthor presentation with a configuration to view on the HDMI output of an HD-410. For some reason I could not get the program to function. I tried different resolutions and still no images on the display nor could I get the program to even respond. I ma us
When I take the same program and configure it for a VGA output, my program operates just like it is suppose to.
I have downloaded the latest BrightAuthor software along with upgrading the HD-410 to the latest firmware and I can still get no image on the HDMI but can send it all day to the VGA.
Can someone help with this bug. I would like this to work from the HDMI and not have to uninstall an HDMI cable and replace it with a VGA cable.
