I am frustrated with my new voice remote pro that will activate the voice search on it's own, triggered by words and phrases verbalized in a show or movie!  I never touched the mic on the remote and wasn't saying anything.  Then the show continues playing while the search is happening and I have to rewind the show to hear what I missed!  How can this be fixed, Roku?  #rokuvoiceremotepro

I understand the issue you have encountered with your Roku Voice Remote Pro that triggers the voice command during a show, and I'm here to help.

I would recommend performing a troubleshooting step to resolve the issue.

Reset your Roku remote.

• If your rechargeable voice remote has a pairing button, press and hold the pairing button on the back of the remote for 20 seconds.
• If your rechargeable voice remote does not have a pairing button, press and hold the Back 

  and Home for 20 seconds.

Additionally, you can toggle off the Hands-Free Command. Just move the slider on the side of your remote to black.

Once performed, you can re-pair your Roku remote and test if you notice any improvements.
