voice remote controlling picture mode on tv

I have a voice remote. Everything worked well. I dont know if I hit a button or changed something. When I use the volume buttons on the remote it changes the picture mode on my tv. I have to use the tv remote to put the picture mode back where it was . How do I undo whatever I did???

Try going through the procedure to set up your remote to control the TV again.  It's under Settings->Remotes & devices->Remotes->(remote in use)->Set up remote for TV control.  Hopefully it will just recognize your TV and you won't have the problem many are having where it doesn't display any manufacturers.

I tried that but it didnt work. Whatever happened is something that I did. It was working fine. I am thinking maybe I should reset it to factory settings and start over. Thank you for your response.
