Unfortunately, Roku devices do not recognize the number buttons on universal remotes. It has been asked for for a long time. However, you might be able to use the Roku app on a phone or tablet and use the keyboard it offers. It will depend on if the channel will accept the numbers from the app. The Roku itself will recognize the numbers, but the channel has to be programmed for it as well. So it all depends on the programming skills of the Spectrum developers. Fingers crossed for ya!

Recently my roku tv's have changed to the channel entered with 10 key pad on my universal remotes, this is only using the Livetv tile on the roku tv. I don';t have spectrum to test. Someone else said it worked on the antenna attached to the roku tv, but only whole numbered channel, no 2-2 or 2.2. I use the Inteset 422-3 and One-For-All urc-7880 universal remotes. Using setup code 14398 or 4398. One remote takes 5 digit codes where the other takes 4 digit codes.
