I purchased a roku streambar in November and it drains the batteries about every 3 weeks. I'm not sure if the remote is defective. How can I get a replacement for this device?

I am experiencing the same problem with my Roku Streambar Pro #From the amount of messages on this topic, there appears to be a design flaw. What remedy is Roku offering to resolve this issues. Batteries are not cheap and the user experience is off-brand.
