This is crazy. We have four roku remotes in our hostel and the batteries drain in less than a month and that is without use. This is a very high hidden cost. i have posted support tickets and written to the post moderator privately. NO ONE replies. I think your product is not suitable for us. I want a full refund.
Thanks for the post.
Please send me a PM (private message) with your Roku account email address, and include the serial number of the Roku device from Settings>System>About along with a summary of the issue you are experiencing. I'll be able to assist you further from there.
Thanks,
Danny
Hi,
Try this; First, install the Roku app on your phone or tablet. Use the app when you need to use the Roku for the next week. At the end of the week, check the battery level. If the battery level is good, then something is causing the remote to be moved a lot, which will drain the battery.
My remote batteries discharges in 2-3 days even when not in use, What do i change to stop this. @RokuDanny-R Can you help me? How can i send a message to you with the details?
Thanks for the post.
