when using the remote sometimes it works fine.
others it seems not to work then all of a sudden it the screen will jump as though it was just thinking, this time frame can be from a few seconds to over a minute.
have replaced batteries,
have ran ROKU set up diagnostics,
have re paired the remote to the ROKU several times,
have done a hard reset on the ROKU, issue is still is there.
have even looked for RFI no good.
side note it will still control TV volume and can shut it off with no issues while this is occurring.
also no sound that acknowledges a button has been pressed is heard.
one minutes it will work as it should,
then the next it will not work, at all
then after a period of time it will work, no rhyme or reason as to why. one minute it is fine, the ROKU will not acknowledge the remote at all then a few minutes later all is fine., and it may work for the rest of the evening or it may mess up all evening.
