Remotes

I have a Premiere+ (model 4630X) purchased Nov 2016 (5 years ago).

The remote is temperamental (the OK button especially rarely works, and only if I press really hard - it's obviously the button that has seen the most use). I suspect some mechanical issue with the switch under the button.

So we have been using the Roku mobile app, but it can be annoying if the iPad or iPhone is in another room.

Has anyone successfully repaired a remote with this problem?

Are any of the currently available remotes compatible with this model?  Or is it time to buy an new device just to get a working remote?

All current roku remotes sold by Roku will work with premiere+.

I can't say that I've repaired a Roku remote, but I've successfully repaired many remotes over the years.  Sometimes all it takes is cleaning the contacts with alcohol.  It's taking the remote apart that's the hard part.  I have an old remote that I really have to mash the OK button to get it to work, so I'll be trying this soon.  If cleaning doesn't work then I have more tricks up my sleeve.
