remote cannot open it is one piece

Hi, my wife (I am not home) cannot open the back of this remote to change batteries. Unlike most roku remotes Rear remoteRear remoteIMG_0051.JPGIt is one solid piece in the back. What am I missing here. Is there some trick to to

Is that the Voice Remote Pro that contains rechargeable batteries? Does it have a port to plug in the power cable to recharge them?

If you're not sure, did you buy it separate from the Roku? Did it come with the Roku? If so, which Roku (model number is important: Settings > System > About)?

Look under the roku purple tag for micro-usb port, that's where you plug in to charge it.
