Hello

I am a new member, I have a problem with the remote control, find that the remote control drains the batteries down fast and also find that put new batteries in the remote control and the icon on the screen show that the batteries are flat 

Does not matter if I use rechargeable batteries or normal batteries still have problems with the remote control.

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Battery life will vary based on usage. For normal use, the remote batteries may last two months or longer. Does your Roku remote support private listening? This may also be one factor for the battery drain.

Send us the model of the Roku device you are using so we can better understand your issue. Go to Settings > System > About to get the needed information.​
