loose plastic in new remote

I just bought a new Express+ 4k streaming stick.  The remote that came with it, model RC80, has a loose piece of plastic floating around inside.  It's driving me nuts.  Is this replaceable via the warranty?  If so how do I proceed with requesting a replacement?  Not clear from the support site.  Thank you.

The rc80 remote is very old remote that came with 3600 Roku stick, if it were with express 4k+ it must of been a return where someone switched out remotes. The original remote for the express 4k+ was the rc-el1 voice remote, which has tv controls unlike the rc80 remote.
