not sure how many of people are having issues with the headphone jack quitting after a few uses or not at all. i myself have gone through five(5) remotes! roku keeps asking same questions when you talk with them, had one ask me what the model number was of the HEADPHONE JACK...WOW! there is no certain number needed for a class action suit but more would be better. if you have records of tech support that would help, especially if it shows their negligence over time like mine do, all the better. firstname.lastname@example.org
