have had Roku for several months now and am happy with it.  As soon as I changed the batteries the r

I have had Roku for several months now and am happy with it.  As soon as I changed the batteries the remote froze up.  The Roku device light is on but I cannot access any channels.  I googled how to reset and that did not work.

Have you tried different batteries?  You can use the mobile app as a remote until the problem with the remote is figured out.
