I can't get my voice control remote to work

We understand that your Roku Voice remote is not working. No worries, help is here.

First, we would like to know the exact behavior of the issue. If there's a status light on the remote, what is the color? Additionally, we would like to know the exact model of your Roku Voice remote. Is it the Roku Voice Remote Pro (2^nd edition), Roku Voice Remote Pro, or the regular Roku Voice Remote?

In the meantime, we suggest you try the following:

1. Restart the Remote
2. Recharge the remote (the remote could just be low in charge)
   If the remote is not rechargeable, replace the batteries.
3. Repair the remote
