I was given a NEW Roku Express 4K in the sealed box....installed it this morning and now I have come to find out it came with the WRONG controller...its the Basic one.....
My question is how and where do I contact ROKU to report this...????? is there an e-mail address or contact chat help section...???? any help would be greatly appreciate......

The walmart exclusive Express 4k only comes with IR remote. Its the express 4k+ that has the voice remote. Only thing different between the two is the wifi voice remote that's included with exppress 4k+. So you did receive the right remote.
My Mistake...Thank You for pointing that out.....didn't look at the picture on the Box well enough.....guess I'll just use the Roku control and the TV control...no problem..
